The Blue Frog® System Technology is an innovative, affordable, sustainable solution designed to meet wastewater treatment lagoon discharge standards. It prolongs the life of the lagoon by restoring it back to its original design capacity. The Blue Frog® is a hybrid aerator that functions as both a mixer and passive aerator that moves water laterally through the water column, creating an entirely unique treatment process.
BAFFLES
Enduro Aquaspan™ fiberglass (FRP/GRP) baffle wall systems are specifically designed for potable water and wastewater treatment flow control. Baffle walls control the flow of water and increase residence time while partition walls separate zones or enhance mixing. Our baffle and partition walls are pre-engineered and composed of fiberglass panels, angles, and framing members.

RPS is an industry leader in the area of industrial cover systems. RPS was founded in 1975 by Richard Stanis and is currently headquartered in Elgin, Illinois. The plant began producing specialty corrugated metal products and soon found its niche manufacturing conveyor covers. This small fabricating facility, consisting of four or five employees, began to grow steadily into the multi facetted operation it is today.
Our most common applications include: Waste Water Treatment Plant odor control domes, flat covers and launder covers, belt conveyor covers and architectural roofing and siding.

PACKAGE TREATMENT SYSTEMS
Aero-Mod combines the basic treatment elements of aeration, mixing and clarification, which can be utilized in limitless configurations to meet your specific treatment needs. We offer patented equipment and processes for treatment on the cutting edge without compromising basic, sound engineering and biological treatment principles.
Aero-Mod's SEQUOX process offers the benefits of sequencing aeration with the reliability of continuous clarification, resulting in consistently superior effluent quality with total nitrogen levels of 3 mg/L. With the inclusion of the Bio-P process, phosphorus levels of 1 mg/L or less are possible. To achieve better solids settling, SEQUOX incorporates a selector tank to provide a preconditioning of raw wastewater that inhibits filamentous growth. The process is energy efficient and has a small footprint, lowering capital costs.
