Odor Control
Many components are required as part of a system to effectively mitigate odors at a wastewater treatment facility. AFT carries a variety of solutions including scrubbers, carbon adsorbers, and biofilters, as well as composite and aluminum tank and launder covers.

Carbon Adsorbers
Carbon Scrubber Adsorber units are offered in many custom designs to allow for the very best and highest efficient systems. The carbon adsorbers are fabricated using the best materials of construction for the service intended, this includes; aluminum, stainless steel, fiberglass, and thermal plastics. The type of media is specifically selected for the application depending on the contaminant to be removed.

Scrubbers
Scrubbers from Indusco Environmental Services, Inc. are designed for applications requiring the removal of a wide range of various types of contaminants from various types of gas streams. Typical applications for contaminant removal include noxious or toxic fumes from all types of chemical process operations or odorous fumes from industrial processes, wastewater, sewage treatment, and compost facilities.

Biofilters
The Anua Biohybrid Filter utilizes recycled seashells and/or glass media as filter media to harness the power of nature and to balance pH. The media, water, and microorganisms create an optimal microenvironment for contaminated air treatment. This ensures optimal performance across a broad range of odorous and corrosive compounds.

Ionized Air Odor Control
The Terminodourâ„¢ Mini is an ionization systemused for continuous odor control and corrosion protection for wet wells, lift stations, covered tanks and other facilities that contain high odor and hydrogen sulfide (H2S) problems. This is a low maintenance approach to eliminate escaping odors through hatch covers or vents while protecting the equipment in the wetwell from hydrogen sulfide (H2S) related corrosion. The system is contained in a water-proof 304 stainless steel enclosure that can be mounted directly outside the wet well or tank. The fan draws air through the intake screen/filter, over the ionization module and is discharged via an aluminum or stainless steel duct.
