Pressure Regulating Valves
Ross Valve's handcrafted valves are designed with features that differentiate them from all other control valve manufacturers, and rigorous quality standards ensure that a well cared for Ross Valve is an investment that will last a lifetime.
Pressure Regulating/Reducing Valves
The Ross Valve Model 40WR is the benchmark in pressure reducing valves. The most robust, piston style design in the industry ensures that your Ross Pressure Reducing valve will last a lifetime. After nearly 150 years in the industry, many have come and gone, but Ross has remained an industry leader.
Pump Control Valves
The Ross Model ECV pump control valve for water and wastewater achieves this by combining the features of an electrically controlled valve with those of a check valve. The electric controls allow the valve to be precisely synchronized with the pump operation, ensuring smooth pump starting and stopping
procedures. The 2-piece piston, with a free-floating lower portion, prevents reverse flow in the event of a power outage or pump failure
Wastewater Control Valves
Ross Valve’s 70SWR series of control valves are designed and manufactured based on our proven piston style design, with special modifications for optimal performance in municipal and industrial wastewater applications. These include seals and seat materials better suited for service under these harsh conditions, and an unobstructed waterway to allow the media to flow more freely. As with all Ross Valves, the design is highly customizable for a variety of applications.
Pre-Packaged Valve Vaults
Designed for a range of control applications, the Ross Pre-Packaged Valve Vault features a durable concrete reinforced exterior that will never rust and that requires very little maintenance.
The valve vault is a finished unit with all piping, valve controls, and appurtenances. Once your site is prepared, the vault can be delivered to your site and installed, connected, and tested the same day.
Multiple Orifice Valves
For applications that require a variety of flows or pressure
conditions, the Ross Model MOV Energy Dissipating Valve is an ideal choice. It offers excellent variable flow and can be operated manually, hydraulically or with an electrical
actuator. Its narrow laying length also makes it ideal for tight spaces. This valve is not recommended for bubble-tight shut-off.
Fixed Energy Dissipators
For applications with fairly constant flow or pressure requirements, the Ross Model 890 Fixed Energy Dissipator (FED) offers many benefits. As the name implies,
this is a fixed device that is designed for a specific operating pressure and flow rate. There are no controls and no moving
parts, so it requires no maintenance and is suitable for a variety
of water qualities. In addition, when used as part of a multi-valve
solution, the FED can provide an initial pressure drop to protect
downstream equipment from cavitation damage.
